Yes, you can keep track of organic production. We will soon do a set of reports in the form required by the certification bodies.

 

Yes, you can. You just need to have an internet connection available. The plan is that the Android application will be completed in a near future, which would be intended for more data analysis than the entry itself.

Activity records are very detailed. For each activity, sub-activity is selected, for example, soil cultivation / harvesting of harvest residues. For each sub-activity, data on consumed material, hours spent by machines, employees and vehicles, costs and some general data are recorded. How accurate and up to date these records are for you to decide.

 

The number of production units (number of plates, plots, greenhouses, hothouses, orchards, etc.) that you can keep track of depends on which version of the program you are using. For more details, see the price list.

 

Yes, all activities and sub-activity are predefined. When creating a production order for each activity, enter the sub-activity that you can select from the drop-down menu. For each of these activities, enter details in the subgroup of activities.

Yes, you can. It is generally possible to group smaller areas into larger units (production units) or to divide larger areas into smaller parts. For example, plots can be grouped into boards, while greenhouses and hothouses can be divided into smaller parts (for now, part, boat, gondola, ..) and the orchard can be divided into several units depending on the plant. It all depends on the needs and how you want to monitor the production processes.
